JAPAN – Kirin sells two of the most popular beer in Japan: Kirin Lager, the country’s oldest beer brand and Ichiban Shibori.
Kirin Brewery has developed a beer “Frozen Draft” Dispenser that will keep your beer cold for a longer period of time. The machine mixes air into Kirin Ichiban beer that has been frozen to minus five degrees Celsius creating a frosty head.
Most people will probably finish the beer before the topping melts. The frozen topping can still be eaten afterwords.
If you want to take time to enjoy your beverage, do not worry about the frozen topping melting. When the topping melts it adds a creamy quality to the beer.
Video below showcases the new Ichiban Shibori Frozen Draft.
Ichiban Shibori Frozen Draft is available in 20 stores in Tokyo, Kanagawa and Chiba and will be available nationwide in May.
